The public birth certificate is a traditional looking copy with colored borders and will satisfy most purposes or needs for a birth certificate such as obtaining a driver’s license, school registration, personal identification, and other legal purposes. Public Birth Certificates are available for events that occurred in Olmsted County from 1935 to present.
Confidential Birth Certificate
A certified abstract copy of a confidential birth certificate.
