Star Wars: The Force Awakens and… Vital Records?

Are you ready for the new Star Wars movie release? If you are a die-hard fan, chances are you got your tickets to opening night weeks ago, just to be sure you’d make it! With so many things unknown about where this sequel will go, we can’t help but wonder what would have been different if Luke had his birth certificate from day one. Would he still have his hand? Will Princess Leia and Han Solo need a marriage license? Let’s take a closer look at the things that could have been different had the characters had their vital records in order.

  • Luke Skywalker would have known from day one Darth Vader was his father. Perhaps Luke would have gone to the dark side if they had always had a father-son relationship. As mentioned before, he would probably have his hand too.
  • If everyone had their birth certificate, Luke and Princess Leia may have reconsidered that kiss to make Han Solo jealous.
  • To avoid any future mishaps, Han Solo and Princess Leia would have their marriage license, which we hope would be accepted throughout all of the galaxy.
  • Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi would both have official death certificates, in which it said they both died protecting Luke Skywalker.
  • If they had passports, Princess Leia’s story about being on a diplomatic mission may have been a bit more believable.
  • Han Solo would know for sure when to celebrate each of the 200 Wookiee birthdays of his loyal friend Chewie.
  • Queen of Naboo, Padmé Amidala could be called Padmé Naberrie too, according to her birth certificate
  • Everybody will know certainly how old actually was Master Yoda, just taking a look to his Jedi death certificate

Now you see? It’s a matter of fact, even here on earth or in the farthest galaxies, your vital records can change the whole history! And, may the force be with you!!
